Yeah, that’s what I was thinking, but then again, a lot of the battles are Kamek specifically, I think Kamek is the name of a specific Magikoopa, any others are just a random one of the species, you can tell cause Kamek usually has higher roles, while Magikoopas are usually just soldiers apart of Bowsers army

The third magikoopa boss fight in paper Mario sticker Star in my opinion is the worst of all magikoopa boss fights because it’s extremely luck based if they decide to go up and not allow Mario to damage them and if they do, it makes that fight take longer than it would normally. At least color splash had a better magikoopa boss fight even though I never played color splash.

For those who don't understand IT...! Goddamn it's so easy!! Kamek is the leader of the Magickoopas! He is the adoptive Father of Bowser and he's right hand! All Magickoopas who act as Bosses are Kamek also Kamek is the one who transformed Bowser! Magickoopas are the normal Enemies. Also the Magickoopa Formation from Bowsers Inside Story. And also they aren't Kameks! They are Magickoopas! Only the Leader himself is Kamek Kammy Koopa is somehow related to Kamek maybe Sister or Aunt or something! Kamella is a high ranked Magickoopa directly under Kamek and the Kamek Boss in Super Mario Galaxy. Kamek himself only appeared at the beginning of the Game were he attacked Mario at the Castle when the Castle is taken by Bowser!
