After school, I spent hours staring at it. unfortunately, I had the SNES Japanese version, and at the time the turbo version that had boss playable hadn't yet been released on the SNES all regions. I wanted so bad the sega genesis II to plays street fighter II with bosses , but I never got the money.

No. Because it's fast but not as powerful as Ryu's. From a crouching position, Ryu's takes mad damage on a life bar. Plus the Shin- Shoryuken super art takes more power than any of Ken shoryu/shinryu super arts.

Shoryuken is very easy to punish on ultra street fighter four. Predict when your opponent uses shoryuken, block, and then punish with a quick combo. It's pretty easy. If you are not advanced, block a shoryuken, and punish with a sweep.

The best shoryuken is the one in SF2: Turbo Hyper Fighting. It links perfectly with every button except the HK/Roundhouse button. Plus all variations are invincible. Sure flame is flashy...but not if every variation is only invincible in Marvel games.
