Lola had as much personality as a stale tortilla chip in Space Jam. In Looney tunes She actually had a personality sure it was overwhelming, but it was obvious that it was there in Space Jam, Lola is just used as an sexualized female character while pretending to have female empowerment when in reality her only role was the love interest. Looney tunes gave her a personality and even though she pushes Bugs to the breaking point most times they're still together because he can handle her, he knows her. In space jam he knew nothing about her and was only attracted to her looks, sure she was good at basketball but that's not a personality trait that's a skill, you could argue that means she's athletic but that's still not enough of a personality she's just a pretty face that acts like she can take on any man but that's really it I'll give it some slack, however, given the fact that it is just a movie and not a show. Why we got to see more of the Looney toon Lola's personality is because it was a show and had more than just a handful of screen time with her while the movie really just wasted her potential.

OG lola got so many childs into furry lovers. dont compare the 2 version because they are 2 different characters witht he same name. it was not an improvement or a change. it was erasing one and creating something else. i like the new lola but dislike they erasing the other one. they could have made the new lola into her younger sister or something.like helga and her sister in hey arnold. where the sister was just a cooler sexier older sister with plain character, while olga despite being obsesed with arnold to an scary degree had the best characterization in the show, you could remove her love for arnold and still would be the best written character in the show were her relations with all the other cast was well explained and more so with her family, and her inferiority complex with her sister. that would have been better for lola character too ofc arnold was drama and looney toons ad comedy still could have made it very similar to great effect and everybody is happy the girls get an interesting characters and the boys the furry barbie.

Clearly the old Lola was there only to be the candy eye, but she had such a great potencial, which was explored in the new version with a whole different style to her character, and i love this. ...But at the same time, they removed almost 100% of her original essence, what made us fans remember for so long who was Lola Bunny: "The girl who doesn't like to be called doll". When i see the old Lola and the new Lola, they seem to be two completely different characters, and i really don't like this. Girls can be clumsy, silly and funny, Lola suits that, but she can also steals your heart like she did in the past. Trailers only show like... 1/60-ish of the movie or even way less, it's something real small so if we just watch the trailer and judging it already it's like only looking at one tiny piece then thinking the whole puzzle is complete trash. So looking at trailers and ONLY trailers wouldn't help get anywhere near the full pic, just a small piece of puzzle with some descriptions. For only looking at critics well, different people have different opinions duh. Although I do look at critics to see what I may be spending my time of before watching so I may see what to expect-ish. But Critics don't make me rethink about watching the movie, if I saw the trailers, I'm in no matter what. There was a time where I read critics praising a movie so I got more hyped. But then I left the theaters thinking the movie was average and even though my friends loved it, I just found it as "a movie that exists". But ofc there are times where critics had same op as me What I'm saying is that trailers and the perspective of critics/friends/anyone won't do much but show you what you may be expecting. Watching the movie, will be the test as to see the quality of the whole puzzle

Imagine if the 1996 sexy version of Lola was used again in a Looney Tunes Show, or a Looney Tunes movie or whatever, and she has a personality. Still looking sexy, still acting sexy and having a few sexy one liners and whatnot, but with a personality which makes her more of a character to really understand and focus on. She could have a personality like Pocahontas or something, where she's an independent girl who works hard at what she does, and a popular friend among other girls, and when it comes to boys like Bugs Bunny, she can be very quirky in a calm seductive sense, but easily offended and can snap. My point is, she didn't have to go through various changes just so she gets some kind of personality.

Hands down, the best version of Lola is the 2011 Lola! She has the most personality when compared to her other adaptations and she's not reduced to just being a love interest for Bugs. 90s Space Jam Lola was supposed to be this badass tomboy, but she was quickly reduced to just being Bugs' love interest and the way she was sexualized is just unforgivable. I wish we got to see more of her and maybe scenes of her helping to train the other players since she had the most experience. I haven't seen the new Space Jam movie yet, but by the looks of it it looks like the director worked hard to give Lola the respect that she deserves by rewriting her character. And let's not forget about our badass queen Lexi! As bad as Loonatics Unleashed is, that show had some serious potential if only it was given better writers and more time to flourish.

When people say she looks the same either hasn’t seen her in the movie for a long period of time or hasn’t seen her in the movie at all or something along those lines the point of lola’s design is to make her seem pretty or heavily attractive but strong and independent her attractiveness dosent make her a “bad character” or “weak” it makes her look like a great character she should have at least more of a personality then a love life for bugs and also when they say that they want to make Lola stronger and less attractive they game her thin arms aside from everything else the arms need muscle

I appreciate Lola in the later shows like looney toons cause she actually has a personality. She's goofy, she's interesting, she's got a 3 dimensional character even though she's 2d. I get tired of female characters only ever being there for the male characters, or to be sexy, or to please the male eye. She wasn't really interesting in the first space jam, and she wasn't the goofy character looney toons are supposed to be. I kept waiting for them to give her a personality and it never came. She was always just "the hot bunny girl that bugs was into" and you'd only ever be interested in her character cause you'd want bugs to get the girl, but she was so much more than that in the Looney toons show and I love that.

She was SO cool in the past when I was a kid. Space Jam Lola, movie Lola, and Loonatics Lola were so badass, but then they brought back looney tunes show when I was in middle school and made her a bimbo. She was pretty, dumb, constantly thirsty for Bugs Bunny, and just plain psycho. After that, they rebooted her AGAIN and made her bubbly and tomboy-ish which I guess is KINDA an improvement. Anyways I’m an adult now and I’m stoked about Space Jam 2.

Honestly, Lola's new Design Isnt So Bad, I mean People Keep talking about her when they're Obviously Missing The real deal, Space Jam 2 Itself, But If Her Same Personality and Attitude Stays then that means that her Design and Looks dont even Matter, Starting with that Wink from the trailer, Its Obvious that she's keeping the Same Lola Bunny that has always Been with her from the start, Basically All they did was Change Remove her Tits, Change her Clothing, and that's it, And that isnt even the Important thing, The Important thing is her Purpose and Importance in the Plot, Cause Basically Her Only reason for Being in the First Space Jam is To Be the Main Character's love Interest as the 'Sexy, And Strong' Character, Basically nothing in the movie would change if there was Basically any character that Could have Replaced Her, Well Exept for Bugs Bunny being All Soft and Flustered every time he Sees her, That would Obviously Change, For those who want to attack me for that, Go ahead, But all i ask is Less Toxiticy

You missed out my favourite version of her, the deadpan snarker pizza delivery girl who used to make insinuations about Bugs and Elmer, and get involved with crazy weird fashion shows and weird guys, in the Looney Tunes comics. That said, I like her right through all incarnations except Wabbit, I didnt like that at all, the whole series. Shes always been bright, sassy, sexy, pretty and blonde, and the later shows added an irresistable goofiness to her, as well. I dont mind the latest version but I dont think shell be as deliciously wacky and out there as in The Looney Tunes Show, for me the best cartoon series that ever hit tv, god it was good, like a sitcom with well rounded characters and development, and hilarious storylines, the Porky Pig Daffy Duck one where Daffy thought Porky was a murderer was absolutely hysterical, like a Jerry Lewis film, it was that good and weird.

My ideal Lola Bunny is one who is interested in sports (a somewhat DLC pack for her Space Jam "personality") but as a result of her over-reliance on sports, isn't the brightest tool in the shed and can be quite an airhead about other subjects and matters at times (like The Looney Tunes Show and Rabbits Run), but overall is determined to be the best Lola she can be and work hard to achieve her goals (similar to Space Jam: A New Legacy). That way we can have just about all versions of Lola rolled into one and we can stop having hissy fits over which Lola is better. At least... that's what I think.
