I think the version in “The Batman” was the most intimidating out of all of them. But my favorite is probably from “Batman Beyond” because of how sympathetic he was since all he wanted was to be normal and make amends for what he had done in the past then when Blight betrayed him he did it by ending his own life

I just think it's the most saddest form he was ever in. He never properly said goodbye to Nora, she died, he lost his body, he's somehow become a head, he wanted to die, the one moment he got his life back was a farce, and then he died alone, submitting to overexposure and radiation poisoning. If there was one time I'd give a villain a hug? It'd be him.

@GodZpeed X7 Actually, Batman and Robin and TAS versions have the same motive - curing Nora(albeit, TAS Mr. Freeze also wants to get his revenge on the guy who made him unable to survive in above-zero temperatures. If they would take away the hurricane of puns and add a little more tragedy in his character - it would have been perfect. TAS came to define the comics version of Mr. Freeze - and the Batman and Robin version was influenced by it.

Truly, the Mr. Freeze from Batman: The Animated Series is the defining incarnation of the character. Michael Ansara (RIP) brought the character to life during his time behind the mic. Clancy Brown brought a 'cold' demeanor (no pun intended) to the character in The Batman. I would have to say that Keith Szarabajka's take as Mr. Freeze in Young Justice is underrated. I would also have to say that Oded Fehr had sympathy in his voice when he voiced the character in Batman Unlimited: Mechs vs Mutants. And on another note, if it were up to me, I wouldn't have brought in the character in a live-action 90s Batman film since he started to gain popularity when he was re-introduced in the award-winning episode from Batman: The Animated Series.

well technically the Adam West version of Mr. Freeze was the only version back then. Before Batman:the animated series Mister Freeze was a corny 1 note villain with no real backstory. BTAS turned what was essentially a joke character into one the more popular members of Batman's rogue's gallery and a fairly powerful character in his own right.

On that TV Cartoon, Mr Freeze is just a burglar that gets locked on a cryogenic chamber that, for receive some electric shocks, now He has the power of throw ice for his hands. At least in "Batman:TAS", Victor Fries was originally a good, happily married man. Then, Dr. Fries's wife got sick and he tried to save her. Later, his boss, went to stop him and knocked antifreeze chemicals all over him. Causing Victor to go into a permanent ice state, creating and donning a suit to keep him alive. He later took on the moniker of "Mr. Freeze" and swore vengeance on all who came in his way. My perception is the reason he tries to ruin everyone else's happiness away is because he feels his was.
