​@@Mine0Taur hamon does have more to it, it's not complete fiction. Breathing is a big part of yoga. It wont make you shoot electricity from your fingers offcourse, but it will make your life easier. Don't know about slowing down ageing tho, but perhaps you'll be less stressed and have a calm mind by doing yoga(not just gymnastics), so that may help in combination with other things
