What emulator did u use to run old samsung or old phones? Just want to ask if it is a emulator or not

I use PCem v17, the emulator is a PC emulator. And the OS is for PCs.There probably aren't much emulators that emulate these old Samsung phones. There may be no Samsung emulators at all.
