8:19 you can't blame it. The developers removed the underwater features that time since they didn't have enough time to finish it. Too deep and you'll instantly die that could be the boundary that will take away your health.

Why was the GTA: SA taking off the parachute animation different? CJ just takes it off like in the unused animation for it instead of falling cartoony on the ground.
