I believe it's from a KZbin channel called "The Owen" - he does a lot of Soul Calibur mods, mostly Soul Calibur 3. They can be pretty interesting to watch - they range from swapping character endings, bonus character weapon exhibitions, moveset swaps, unused content, etc.
