Even before checking I was thinking that by April or May it would definitely be 10 years since the subscription, because I remember specifically watching some of your vids (when you did ORAS custom battles!) on those months in 2015 while doing high school homework, thank you for accompanying us all these years Eli :)

It feels like a joke that in bdsp they decided to use Bibarel as the surf Pokémon over something cool like Floatzel or Gastrodon.

I was pretty dissapointed that I wasn't able to use it with my own Pokémon. It's a shame since all of them have their own overworld to walk with you..

I get why, due to how prominent the Bidoof line were the HM Slaves of literally every team. But yet, it would have been fun to have other pokemon be the surfing mons in BDSP

Congratulations on 800K! It is well deserved. Surf hasn't changed too much but it never gets old to visit the sea in these games... though some for one reason or another do not like how slow the surf speed is in Diamond and Pearl. Still has one of my favorite themes in the entire series though. Something tranquil about it that's just missing in the modern games.

Personally am hoping to see the return of the underwater sections from B2W2 and ORAS one day. Do be giving extra depth to exploration for if future Pokémon games do stick with the open world as in SV.
