In case you are wondering, the black and white minigame at 1:44 is supposed to be mary schmidt visiting the fnaf 2 location( fnac and fnaf are in the same universe, at least in fnac lore. They are mostly unrelated though.) And seeing the fnaf 2 puppet. It reminds her of vinnie, and she gets creeped out, hence the kids disappearing and it turning to a frown

1:39 the room where Mary starts is the Main Hall in CAM 07 1:44 Still CAM 07, the locked door at the bottom of the screen is the door to Parts & Service where the Withered animatronics are stored 1:49 This room is the hallway in front of the player, the room at the top is Party Room 4/CAM 04 and the one at the bottom is Party Room 3/CAM 03, while the way that's blocked by a bunch of children leads to Party Room 1/CAM 01, Party Room 2/CAM 02 and the guard's office 2:38 This room is the Game Area on CAM 10, on the left is the Show Stage/CAM 09, where the Toy animatronics are performing. No sign of Balloon Boy though. 2:46 Still CAM 10, on the right is the way to Kid's Cove, which is blocked by children who seem to be busy beating up Mangle. At the top is the way to the Prize Corner/CAM 11, where the Puppet and his music box reside.

I see the final night against Vinnie in FNAC3 as a way to overcome your demons. The monsters aren't real and even Vinnie himself is not real in the final night. All Mary had to do was confront the problem and overcome it and then she'll be fully back into normal. Vinnie's "A mistake, my mistake. A problem, your problem." He's basically saying "The murders were my mistake, but now you seeing my crimes and traumatizing you are your problems."

If you delete a line in the FNaC 3 "file" (the one people use to skip nights) it's the line that says "first=" and you open the game Vinnie appears and says "I remember what you did." And if you delete anything else in that file and open the game it's just static

I know the lore behind vinnie and Mary. Five nights at candys takes place when Mary schmidt is an adult. Five nights at candys 2 starts when Mary schmidt was a teenager and often made dares with her friend. Five nights st candys 3 begins when Mary was young and cautious she went to therapy for what she saw and recovered in time. Vinnie's spirit stuck it self in the puppet to continue living. This is just what I think you do not need to agree with me it's just what I think personally.

FNAC 1 takes place in the 80's, while FNAC 2 takes place in 2007. Mary would be old enough to be a grandmother by the time FNAC 2 takes place. You're correct on FNAC 1 and 3, though. FNAC 1 takes place in 1987, FNAC 2 takes place in 2007, and FNAC 3 takes place in 1964. The protagonist in FNAC 2 is probably Mary's grandchild or something like that.
