It's funny. I started liking Waluigi because of how much of a joke he is, I liked him ironically. But I have actually grown to like him unironically. He's such a bizarre character, that's his charm. A bizarre, sore loser who thinks everyone else cheats, but it's fine if he does it. I love when he dances and when he pulls out a rose too. Why does he do that? No idea. He's waluigi. He does what he wants.
