Good one! I think it's perfectly cool you giving your opinions objectively. We know you are not biased and it's great hearing your views regardless if you totally agree. You are right, the brakes are very aggressive at high speeds and perhaps too much so but also you may get more used to it and perhaps enjoy the strong brakes. Look forward to different wheels, carving, if you like the flex of the deck and enjoy strong acceleration from start. It's fine if you have critique based on your taste and preference and we will assess if we feel the same. Main thing is to learn about it and you bring up everything. Keep it up

Thanks so much for the detailed and inspiring comment. I really appericate you being down to earth when watching these videos. So people are such fanboys that is I say the smallest thing they get so defensive. I like strong brakes but not the second they engage. I just dont understand why they act so differently above 15mph. Below 15 they are strong but you have to be pressing the button at 70 to 80%. Above 15mph and the second you touch it it wants to throw you off the board. I whish you could turn that off and just make the brakes the same no matter what speed you are going.

@@Ramatorix is the kv in the motors. Or turn per voltage, like the "RPM" believe the evolves are 140kv the onsra 160kv the less RPM or kv the more power and the higher more rpm. Hello Ramatorix, how is it going with the GTR? Any news and fixes to the Onsra? I ordered a Verreal RS in July and sent an email asking what is going on. Their owner Vic answered fast saying they have had a problem with the Hobbywing ESC so they have sent them back and Hobbywing is backed up so it looks like it will take a long time. Have you heard anything? All the best
@Ramatorix4 жыл бұрын
Jonas, the gtr is still doing great. Onsra has stated they have redesigned the battery try and it should not be an issue in the future. Additionally they have had some people with the same issue as I but not manny. It has not affected me though as I am still ridding it. That is interesting with verreal. I ordered mine on 2 July. Around 20 July Vic said it has shipped but it was sea freight so it would take 30 days. I think I will reach out today and see if it shipped or not. I understand shipping from china, sea freight being cheaper, dealing with updates, and covid issues but if it is going to take more than 2 months I might have to rethink this. A new site onsrausa.com/?ref=rama5 has stood up. So this is not fabians site, its the person who will be fixing any boards in the US. He owns his own store and bought a bunch of Onsras. He then sells them out of his store so the shipping is faster and cheaper. He just got a stock in and can have them to customers in as little as 5 to 7 days. While this batch of stock lasts. He told me he had 2 large shipments this month alone. Also code Rama5 works for his site as well.
@jonassvensson18194 жыл бұрын
@@Ramatorix Very interesting and thank you for the information. I think the Onsra would have to get a thicker and somewhat flexy seal for this to work, I think the Verreal has that already. The shipping is very expensive by air which means their slim margins for profit will have them prefer shipping by sea to US and train for us in Europe. I would perhaps go for the Onsra but I think it's too loud and almost twice the price of the Verreal which to me is very similar I went for it regardless of long wait. I look forward to more updates and tests of the GTR as well as the Onsra. Oh, I wrote a review for my wowgo 3X complementing it for being a very good alternative to Boosted stealth in terms of that type of board ant it's performance. Then cautioned people to put in an additional bearing for the drive wheels and explained why. Gave it 4 out of 5, it was never exposed on their page. Take care

@@jonassvensson1819 thank so much for the in depth comment. The verreal is a stiff deck and stiff cover that is the biggest difference. @jonassvensson18194 жыл бұрын
@@Ramatorix You as well, I think they are pretty much equally stiff both in terms of board and enclosure but Onsra puts if forward as being somewhat flexy.For me I doubt that and the glassfiber as well. I think wowgo want most reviews to be 5 out of 5. Also makes me suspicious. See you
