I got to ask why about halfway through you chose not to evolve when you had that break of downtime.

Health is a resource as Monster. All Monsters heal a percentage of their health when Evolving, so if you have the health to spend, you don't always have to Evolve.

Normally yes but you can see the Hunters were in hot pursuit to him all game. And that's with him using all abilities for distance. He didn't have an extra moment to spare.

He does hit his abilities and swings very well. I'm just saying, in the 5 or 6 games of his I'd seen, that there were multiple 15 to 30 second time frames where he was perfectly out of sight and he wouldn't evolve. Evolution itself takes about 10 seconds or so.
