My only gripe with this board is that they advertise it with a guy doing jumps and stuff at a skate park, but on the website the warranty page says their boards are not meant to be jumped with or taken off curbs.

That’s to avoid having to cover all the damages under warranty. MTB trucks usually have minimum 12mm axles, this board is still using 8mm…

Definitely go full bindings. You don’t want one leg in and one leg out situation. Love mine even though is mostly raining in the UK at the moment. Cant wait for spring just around the corner 🎉

Yeah I have the full bindings but I took them off for this cause I saw how muddy it was I wanted to be able to get out if I got stuck

@@DrewElia this might be a good tip! Dont have your shoes laces too tight, so if you take a full! even with full bindings on you will come potentially away from the board. Also you can ride with the heal straps up over the top of the toe straps! Handy for short runs to the store or slow group rides. No need to remove anything.

I need to loan you my Apex predator for comparison mate. I think the Evolve would be the production entry-way to electric mountainboarding in comparison. No shade at Evolve at all , the market has been crying out for a less DIY offering with retail level support.

I wouldn’t recommend riding any electric skateboard in the rain regardless of what the waterproof rating is, electricity and water don’t mix to well 🤣 as far as how much? I don’t know the exact number because it’s based on your electric price per KW I assume in your home but it’s only 800 WH so really Pennies per charge.

The NYX z3 is the ultimate off-roading nothing compares to independent suspension for comfort and grip! It’s heavier but once I have binges for it I think it’ll be perfect!

Hi man! I have a question for you: Which one has a better battery performance and life? I mean the Renegade, and Carbon. I am really thinking whether I buy the renegade, or the carbon. I saw on their website that the renegade has up to 31 miles on rage, and the carbon has up to 50 miles. Which one do you prefer? I really appreciate your content man!

Well, the carbon is a 2-1 and allows you to put urethane wheels on the board. That’ll give you more range and why they claim a 50 mile range on the carbon and not the renegade. The renegade is only AT wheels Two different style boards, the renegade really is a flexy deck off road board with the ability for bindings. It’s a totally different ride feel than the carbon version. The carbon is stiff deck and DKP trucks giving you a nice carve ride feel as well. With the option for thane, which I personally love, gives you more range than the AT wheels would. Range is all very subjective to so many things so what I get doesn’t mean that’s what you’ll get. Riding styles, terrain, weather, wind, hills, so many factors effect range. But you’ll easily get in the mid to upper 20 Miles of range

Surprisingly I didn’t have any issues with my belts other than dirt, yeah you can easily get something caught in there but I ran around all over and it was just dirty when I got back!

@@DrewElia on my series one evolve GTR every single time I take small shortcuts across a gravel paths etc I'd seen to chew belts it's been so frustrating. I'm considering an acedeck n3 now. Love the idea of the gear drive and huge battery for the price of this thing.
