I just ordered a OMW calvary. I was looking into this board because of the foot strap options thinking I'd offroad a lot more. Went with the OMW calvary because of the warranty they offer, 2&1 setup option, and solid reviews. Plus I saw a few doing 37-40mph. Something to grow into.

Everything you said in the first 5 minutes, is everything any evolve skateboard owner knows I have faster boards I have boards with bigger batteries but when I go out for a ride I usually grab my GTR 2 . I love the fact that they never compromised the weight for battery size. The only problem I have now is I have to sell a board and my favorite drone goodbye the Evolve Renegade Diablo

Love this board, great looking also. it feels better than my Hadean bamboo for transitions to grass, dealing with grassy hills, road bumps, etc. It must be the bindings and more stable trucks. I also changed stick wheels with 8” mudpluggs from Trampa. Nothing can stop me now :)

I have a hard time getting used to the Trigger remote. All my other remotes are thumb wheel designs. I have to agree the remote built quality is very good!

A metal remote is not great in your hand when it’s cold out. However I do love the deadman switch. Probably every avid eskater has accidentally hit the remote and hit the brakes or accelerated.

I've owned a few Evolve and I currently ride Propel but no question - the Phase is the best remote on the market.

Evolve has put out an electric mountainboard with full bindings yet the battery is underneath the deck.... WHY? That just means lower ground clearance and with 7 inch tires you're going to hit everything underneath your feet.

You know, Acedeck made the battery box on top with their Z3 and everyone is complaining about it being on top. Now Acedeck is rushing to make a Z5 with an under deck battery pack like Evolve. Underside battery is more popular, more pleasant to look at and evenly distributes weight. Clearance is really not a problem.

That's the best chanel after Kami ! But I have something to say......evolve should employe better designer, don't by shy, everyone's know that for us, mans.... shape is important ! Even shape of buttons etc.. why no one can do easy battery indicator like lorentz made, or fantastic rims like omni ??? As a man shape of item is important, that's why when we see nice butt we're happy , or nice pussy during the orange youtube. Same with tech but opposite, need to have sharp strong shapes but, this board still looking good..... Nice review bro, thanks. Love Your videos 🎉

Trying to fill Kaly's shoes? A bit late, so many other boards already in the market. Considering Evolves history, I would go for almost any other brand. And at that price with belts, generic looking spring channel trucks and plastic hubs. Never! But great video as always!

It's a mountain board deck with channel trucks and a battery underneath with belt drives. That is exactly what the original Kaly was.

lol not buyest sure I never heard someone use word best that many times within 14 min before. As well The app is the worse I ever used. Has 2.8 rating that say all. Sure remote is superb and huuuge upgrade from R2 but having separate brake and power have down sides as it throw me off board many times even after own GTR carb over 3y. The deck is quality however the electronic are crap. So are the parts. That goes for Hadean too, the gear/hubs cheep plastic wearing off super quick, battery is disaster the ESC are not without issues battery sag ect.. No one who seriously riding off-road would recommend Evolved full stop. Evolve is for newbies no offense .. Plus most of parts are out of stock in uk. Chinese quality for top dollar. Do not take my word for it just google evolve skateboard issues. I like yr reviews but not this one It was cringe.

Biased* also evolve is for normal people not nerds that care about parts and stuff. The boards look 100x better than any other boards. They're such a clean design. Your remote complain is just you not being good enough tbh. If you find using 2 buttons complex then you definitely should stick to scroll. I've been using evolve boards for 5 years and no problems at all.

Only newbie buying board only for look. 1st thing evolve throwing in yr face are spec,rightfully so bc specs selling the boards.I don't think u'll getting any brown points-anytime soon-saying only normal people buying evolve. U saying that boards look 100x better then other boards is the same as I said about the controller buttons r down side,it is nothing more then preference. So keep riding yr evolve on car park and I'll get board where Off-road means OFF road. If u find any spelling errors or grammar that is bc I get bored to death while writing it.
