Riding with your rear foot on the kicktail reduces stability by adding weight to the back of the board.

I have a question for the veterans here I want to make an upgrade, and any support and ideas are welcome. Curent setup is trampa big boi deck with some "l-faster" trucks and wheels in a 4×4 configuration , motors are 4 3kw 190kv and a 10s15p 46Ah battery and two dual 6.9 100A flipsky vesc. Very cheap and served me well for about 12k km until i changed them for a new pair of trucks and i am currently on my 16k (i know it sounds a lot but i had only trouble with the sistem and had to do maintenance at every 200km or so) so kinda want to change them again i use this board for public transport and i easily put around 40-60km daily on the board. The sidwalks are bad here in romania (potholes and high curbs ) so thats why i took the offroad board ideea i want to change the trucks to something more comfortable and reliable . Ive seen this acedeck trucks and they seem amazing are they really that goood? Is it worth the investment? Can any of you here point me to any other truck sistem? I need truck motor mount and wheels .im sorry for any grammar mistakes not my first language.

Definitely stay away from Maxfind. Got a Max 6 in July, rode it 6 times and battery died. Sent replacements that arent even compatible and sparked when i plugged it in and melted a prong and now they want me to buy the charger and charging port.Also suppose to send a video of install because the esc and battery dont even have the same cables as the old ones. Ambient lights wont work now either but if I use the old esc it works fine.Buyer beware, these boards deserve to be in a garbage dump. Get a Backfire or something more reputable.

Unfortunately I hate to say this but First time riders are reporting issues including me. Had to request for a new battery and charger after 4 days of use the battery stopped charging. Shipping takes practically 3 weeks for replacement parts it’s a fun board but with random issues with lights falling, functions not working and batteries not charging.

This is excellent insight. I feel it would have been better implemented as an auxiliary to bushings and progressive shocks.

You need to do a video on the new propel boards and do a comparison! The propel x4r and propel endeavor GT look like big competition

imma make velcro bottomed shoes so you can have binding like attachment but if you stack the board will come off pretty easilty due it its mass if it sticks too much, take off a little velcro from your shoe until your grip is exactly tuned

Some very thoughtful engineering on display here. The design language is also superb. The only thing that concerns me is the clearance, specifically when having to navigate a road speed bump which is 4" high and 12 " wide. Would it bottom out on the battery?

I ride a Pint X, love it. Have tried a GT. I’m 67 now. So lucky have stayed fit. I’m an Ex waterskier, ice skater, waveboarder, surfing. I still ride my bicycles. I ride kick scooters ever since they came out 1999 for over 20 years. My skateboarding now is a super sketchy. I also use electric scooters too. But this onewheel has really hit the spot with me. But is something that has been a challenge, and needs a lot of focus. I’,m only riding it a few months now. I got it used. So gave it a bit of a refurbish. Got the fangs. I’m addicted to it. But I never place too much trust on any kind of transportation on the limit. I’m a cautious guy. I’m an 8-10-15mph guy. I’m okay on medium hills. A bit windy going down any kind of hill. The OW manual tells us not to do hills up or down greater than 15deg grades. I’ve rigged up a dog leash and shoulder strap to tow it up a hill on it’s fangs or it’s wheel, and down and roll it home if I run out of battery. I enjoy it. Have not had any bad falls. A few stumbles at low speeds. But I practiced a lot on some dirt roads and grass and woodland and beaches first. Before I took it anywhere near people or cars.

Im wondering if the tynee stinger is comparable with stability. It has double barrel bushing as opposed to barel cone like the flow. Also deeper cup washers so it should be more stable in theory. Though you have to take the unnecessary riser pad off.
