Going for 200MPH in our 800BHP Stage 2 F90 M5 at VMAX200

After discovering a hidden software limiter at the first VMAX of the year we were keen to get back after spending time with our friends at Rrhamani Perfomance delving deeper in to the ECU tune to truly de-limit the car along with refining our tune even further to get even more power out of the S63 Twin Turbo V8 engine.
We had a great day where we did over 40 runs pretty much back to back, a fantastic opportunity to prove our product and once again secure ourselves as Fastest M5 at the event. The F90 M5 is starting to prove itself as a worthy successor to our hugely successful F10 M5.

Ramon Performance ( i'm not sure if you know them )m5 f90 stage 2 ( 800hp) can do 0-62mph in just 2.4s and 1/4mile in a crazy 9.91s. It should be the fastest m5 f90 on the world i think but yours is also very strong.Good job and with that performance i think that m5 can easily break 200mph barrier in a good weather condition.

Brilliant video and I love the fact the M5 just keeps taking the punishment you hand it - makes me feel better about giving mine some beans occasionally! It will be interesting to see how the car 'evolves' and copes with being gunned at these events over a period of time, but my guess is providing you look after the car, service it and treat it with respect it will go on for a long time. Mine has the BMW Drivers pack so whilst it's unlimited (to 186 from memory?) sadly it won't ever get to 200mph like yours will do one day soon and I look forward to seeing it! Love the paddles by the way, I don't understand why BMW changed to smaller paddles from the F10 M5 which felt just right. Keep up the good work.

Used to do this trick, but the F90 unfolds them at a certain speed anyway. Besides we’re most interested in hitting the target with no tricks or gimmicks. We considered taping the shut lines too but decided against it.
