I'm really not a fan of the holo twister's scope, I feel like it just covers the person I'm aiming at half the time. So I've mainly gravitated towards the fury for the season despite my hate for bloom.

Same here. In Chapter 5 I'd always use a regular red dot attachment because the holo scope just blocks what I'm trying to shoot at. But now the dilemma is whether to deal with it just to have a scope lol

I make it a point to get an Holo Twister AR in every game, regardless of rarity. It's one of the best ARs in the game in recent times. But, I'm happy to run a Fury AR at the same time if I get a rarer one than any SMG as it seems to fulfil the role of an SMG pretty well at medium ranges. Ordinarily I wouldn't take two ARs but it can work this season. Also, what's with the Typhoon Blade this season? Played lots of games today and came second in five of them, each time being eliminated to a blade opponent. Must work on my endgame 😆

The fact that you can remove the scope on the holo makes the Fury even less appealing to me personally. Pump or oni and a holo of any color and I'm ready to go.

Fury AR kicks ass. I loved it from day one. Also, depending on my loadout, I sometimes take the Fury in place of the Holo. The way I figure it, if someone is so far away that I absolutely need the Holo, how am I going to finish them after opening tags from that far away? Well, the void mask, but I often don't carry it. I find if I teleport close to someone they can open fire on me as soon as I spawn in front of them, so any advantage I had with opening tags just got negated. So again, if someone is just so far away that only the Holo AR gives me a realistic chance of hitting, they're just too far to even bother getting opening tags. Now obviously there are exceptions to this rule, and end game can present some of those exceptions. But all in all, from early to mid game, I'll take the Fury instead of the Holo if I am not gonna run both. Again, it all depends on my loadout, and that's something I love about this season, there's no perfect loadout, I feel like I can be happy with several different loadouts. Same with landing spots, there are many great places to land. And to me, flexible loadouts and flexible landing spots is what makes a season enjoyable.

I like the Fury AR because i can jump while shooting and the bloom is good, especially since the shotguns aren't the greatest, the Fury AR sort of makes up for that.

Veil precesion smg has constantly been my weapon of choice, it can be effectively used long range like the holo ar although a lot worse however getting into those medium-short range distances it shreds

dont really care that much ab hitscan vs projectile but I hated the attachments sm chapter 5 was my least favorite chapter of Fortnite and they were a large part of why I didnt like it.

i used both AR's together at beginning of season while i was experimenting for best loadout, the fury AR is great, i would use it as main AR if the Holo wasn't so versatile

when i started the season, i actually used it instead of the holo, it was really good up to 250 meters but swapped to the holo for the smaller recoil

I carry both holo twist and fury as a spray. The one drawback is they both use the same bullets. They both have large mags compared with precision smg.

Been running holo and fury with a shotty and two mobilities or one mobility and a heal the whole season. In a lot of scenarios i just roast with the fury instead of even using the shotty to begin with

love the fury AR myself, but mostly cause it's super easy to shoot...can anyone tell me why the holo twister zooms in occasionally for me, but then shoots like an assault rifle? Mid shooting it goes from red dot scope to no scope and I can't figure out what I'm doing that's changing it back and forth

The holo twister has the option of being a red dot weapon or a third person weapon with bloom. There is a bind to change back and forth that you can customize in your keybinds but I think by default its the default sprint button so clicking in left stick for controller and shift for kbm

I usually carry the fury AR as my spray weapon to complement my hollow AR. Just easier for me. Im trying to alternate it with the Fire mask 🎭
