Evolving the Best Circuit Race Car Through Survival of the Fittest! (Trailmakers Gameplay)

Hey everyone back with Trailmakers! Today we are competing in a survival of the fittest circuit race competition where each person has to evolve the best possible circuit racer! This is similar to the drag strip contest except now turning actually becomes a factor and handling will become more important than just raw speed!

when they screwed him over because they wanted to retry the third round and didnt acknowledge him flying out of the first corner really changed the courae of the whole video. hes vehicle was the best in general by faaaar

Maybe y'all could try REVERSE evolution: start with like 48 power cores and every round you need to remove 3. Will really enforce the more complex components in a build

You're right but at the same time they needed more mechanical grip and that doesn't come from adding down for species Mechanicals all in the mechanical parts that hit the asphalt

I feel like there was a double standard through this video. Khan wins because of crashing into the other, they call for a redo. Cosmo then continues to win because of the others doing that exact same thing but no one called for a redo. You could really tell it ruined Khan's experience in this challenge. The rules should be more clearly defined.

This mode just isn't fair because who-ever starts on the left (inside-most) has the best spot and gets in the way of everyone else. Meaning you can win by driving like crap just because you sabataged at the beginning of the race. Kazmo won by doing the same tactic that Kan got Disqualified for :/ If there was a "ghost-mode" it would be more reasonable, otherwise it's best just to do solo time trials.

I slowed down the footage an it turns out Kan wasn't to blame, Scrapman turned into him on the first turn and then when Kan goes into the back of Kosmo Kan tries to get past but its Kosmo that moves infront of Kan

And in SOTF competition is what it’s all about and recovery is just as important. If your competitors kill each other off then that’s just how nature works. But y’a know kAN is a nice guy so he gave it to them

The crash in the last race was neither kans or Scrapman fault if you watch it slowed down scrap man went wide to avoid hitting Kosmo who swerved wide as he exited turn 1

id love to see this in scrap mechanic, but after 5 races they then have to try it on a different course or challenge, so like you start it off as a simple race, then its a hill climb, then a jump course, then maybe gliding, and do a little series of this but its all the same vehicle from the beginning thats slowly evolving and do like a 10 episode series where each episode is a different challenge, like maybe one of the challenges you must now turn your car into a walker, or a boat?

So actually, the engines (as well as the wheels) being offset to the left helps in turning. It's done on sprint cars IRL.

Same idea, but you improve each other's vehicles. So kan makes one, scrapman improves it, than cosmo. Would make it so you don't want to give your opponents a car that is unbeatable. And force a likely more diverse evolution

Kan too much grip means you are turning sharper but not enough grip is when you slide and is due to the front spoiler.
