Evony - Issues with the game (With community feedback)

If everybody would abandon the game for say a month Evony would immediately change course. But once again thats the old age dilemma: power resides with masses but masses are divided.

Don't need to abandon the game just stop buying packs on mass & they would take notice. A few months of this all that is required.

12:00 Yeah I am stuck at K29 trying to get to K30. Stopped making purchases and to gather 500m of each resource for the jump is kind of impossible on a new server. Another thing, BoC/BoG end quicker. Usually there is about 1-3 big players that 0 everyone and its over in 5-10minutes on new servers. Then everyone sits there for 1hr 50m doing nothing. Sucks

If that happens sit there with 1 troop re set the buildings aka be a nuisance and collect the rewards at the end don't quit

Here's my take on a few things. 1 All of customer service should be trained or replaced they do a crap job of helping by not responding or just asking for a screenshot that is not needed. I have been fighting with them about 2 things I didn't get all of my awards for speeding up crafting and I have been resolve this for a month. 2 Some how a dragon helm started crafting and I asked if they could remove it and return my materials the first response I got was that they want to see a screenshot, then after 20 days I was told that they could not fix the issue. Why is it that the first rep couldn't tell me that when crafting first started and I could have speeded it up and moved on. Suggestions seem to go nowhere and if you have an issue, problem or improvement none of are looked at and you maybe told to suggest it some where else what is customer service for. the game plays better on a 6x9 display than a 4x5 and they address this. I have messages that display over preset buttons or displays of things like leader boards that you can only read one line at a time and are to get to scroll. There are other issues like lag, merging severs and other things that need to be addressed but I feel that they should immediately fix customer service can't just have 4 different people that don't answer when you reply then the next one asks you to explain the problem again when you have to send a new ticket to get an answer.
