Just glad I'm not on a server with that sub rule. If I win the sub I want it. If you win it I want you to have it. You want people to develop skills while simultaneously stealing their stuff. Seems counterproductive.

Our server was a nap happy mess for the first year. We had a million useless alliances clogging up the map. People weren't growing or participating in events. Things didn't start picking up until we introduced more bubble or burn times (every other week). Once we did that, alliances began consolidating and folks began growing. New PVP players emerged and subs started getting reallocated to people who need them. On paper, a full time NAP sounds great. It gives people a chance to safely grow. But, in practice, it just creates a bunch of fat farmers who can't fight. After all, soft beds don't create strong warriors.

We have NAP outside SVS, and kill event during the weekend outside SVS... for the most part it's working well.. There are alliances that are civil with each other... SVS is the common goal and battlefield is the practice place... there seems to be a decent understanding. Killing eachother outside SVS just doesn't make sense.

We have a 2 week kos for negative svs scores but you have to go abhorrently negative like double your positive scores in negative scores and cause our alliance extra work before its implemented

My server for kill event follows Aerver War time outside of SvS, this way people are more consistent with bubbles

I think the rules are pretty fair... There needs to be a way for non/low coinners to get a sub, you can't just limit everything, it's a war game after all not farmville. If you have enough money to win one then you should be powerful enough to hold it solo or be on a strong alliance to back you up. Some tips: I've heard if you abandon and retake it right back you won't have the cooling down for new subs, It' may save you couple seconds to shield it. Ask an alliance member you trust to help take it and hold it right after you open it to avoid getting followed, if they don't know where's the sub they can't take it away from you. Never share the cords on AC or WC use private whisper/mails. Avoid opening them right after you got them, wait and try to do it when the most of the active players time zone is sleep time.

Our freshly merged server rules are a mess, it's hard to make everyone happy as it turns out. We struggled forever on the old server to get people to participate in SvS, and now it's only gotten worse lol. We used to have the rule where you wouldn't get wonder if you were super negative, as there were guys with 200m power losing a billion points multiple weeks in a row to get it. But we just want people to play, so it doesn't really matter that much, though I guess it could be a tiebreaker if the choice is between the guy who hasn't participated since he got his wings 6 months ago or the guy who loses svs for us every week because he can't keep his bubble up. I don't think there's a way to make everyone happy with sub rules, and its our current drama. Doesn't effect me since I lost a sub slot so I would have to lose 2 purple to gain a gold now. But I would love to see the reaction when someone actually loses a historic sub. That would clear the rules up real quick. we also have the rally rule, which I think is mostly to stop people who teleport to do barbarians from clearing the whole map around him when their near hives. We have too many players now, so essentially having to speed up everywhere, though there's a gentleman rule to not race towards a boss if you already see a line going out.

I have a question I can't seem to find the answer too, and was hoping someone knew. An alliance member is server king this week, and noticed he could release the title. I'm curious what would happen if he did? Would it leave the throne open for someone else to claim? And would that count towards Wonder 2? I doubt it would since you could essentially let your entire alliance unlock Wonder 2 in this case. Anyone know? Thanks in advance

Here's our server charter/ server rules. With regards to the BASIC rules, we will have the usuals: 1. NO RELIC and RSS tiles hitting 2. No attacking ANYONE in the alliance while participating in Undead Invasion. 3. No burning of Alliance Capital to the ground, EVEN if the whole alliance is KOS. 4. Any sub-cities stolen during a nap must be returned to the former owner or the alliance of the former owner. KINGSHIP: 1. Throne will be rotated in order of wonder 1 achievement. No alt accounts can be given the throne. 2. No attacking alliances up for throne rotation. Alliance taking the throne may also not ke during throne capture. (If we can't attack you, you can't attack others. ) NAP: 1. Full nap outside of ke and svs. The ke time after the end of svs is used for stealing sub-cities since there are no ke points. Barbarian castles are not protected during ke. SvS rules: No stealing sub-cities during SvS and Purge. Purge is the only time tile hits and alliance city hits are allowed to prevent the enemy server from getting points. Purge is two hours before svs. If participating in Purge you must add Purge to your name. All unbubbled will be cleaned and zeroed unless participating in Purge. BOSSES: 1. Soloing not allowed for b10 and up. 2. Soloing not allowed for event level bosses 2 and up. Right rules should not limit us, but protect every one of us. Any changes to rules must be voted on by the top 5 alliances in our server discord. Any player who breaks the rules can be declared kos if all attempts at payment or compensation for rule-breaking have been exhausted.

I think you could say that about 99.99% of evony. If you’re not the top dog you’re a minor player. I was 7b. Top 10 in power. And I agree I was a minor player same as everyone else who doesn’t spend 100k

Thing my server has an issue with is consequences. Ok there's rules, what happens when someone solos big bosses, leaving their hive and just hunting as they please? Slap on the wrist. Ok then they'll keep doing it. So what are consequence for breaking rules and how are the enforced?

Ya it’s tough. Players over a certain size what can you do🤷‍♂️. And players who are smaller you can exclude from alliance but what if they don’t care

If another alliance would use a speed march to kill a monster faster that we were also marching for, we would send about 6 players to surround their hive and enforce a trade embargo by solo killing all of the monsters that they see. That would continue until they learned not steal our monsters. That’s our policy, not a server rule.

@@gamingaddictswithgenghis the other alliances pretty much monitor themselves at this point. Our alliance is 70+ billion in power the second place alliance is 18 billion. They know the consequences if they spend up. We play fair, we don’t speed March to monsters either. It’s first come first serve.

I expel players who are in relic before svs starts(last 30 minutes). At first, I send troops in that relic(so there is always 1 march inside that relic) and expel them. As a result, their troops return safely.

Relics can be used as a trap, I did that last svs... Slept the whole time.. but I don't suggest anyone do that useless they have great teammates.

The rules are good. My seer is bubble or burn only small alts get away with no bubble. The throne is shared but working together in svs is hit and miss players have been hit just getting negative scores.

Irrelevant. Take my sub city on the Sunday I win it I would strike back during your "approved" nap time. So for the record I'm not against your rules I'm against anyone thinking I won't go to war for mine. I'm a smaller player and I won't ever let someone tell me the money I spent means less because I put in less then they did, because only the money from my wallet counts for anything. So if an multi billion power player took my sub I would go absolutely crazy all over his alliance for months. I already convinced my big server mates "Play with and tell someone else your rules". I'll hunt as I like, I'll go where I like and I will use my attack button if you use yours. The "but the rules say I can take your sub..." won't work on everyone. So for me, a player that knows how to play and is smaller then the players likely on your rule committee "Rule 3" would be a hard pass. With months if not years of me being an all out jerk on the alliance that tries it on me. And finally they're good rules.

Yes that is the vulnerability of a nap server. Only takes one person and it’s no longer a nap. We always have people asking is it safe. How can I answer that? Sure it’s supposed to be. But what does that get you after you are zeroed. Only assurity is bubble

@@gamingaddictswithgenghis yes my server is a "nap" server, but at heart I'm a bubble or burn believer. I don't even know why I'm pointing this out to you. I think the more conflict the better. Get rid of the soft players. Just know there is likely a player on your server that won't tolerate the taking of his/her sub city because a "rule" was made. So yeah only 1. Only 1 person pays my phone bill, only 1 person pays my credit card bill, only 1 person plays my game. I've been on meaningless "KOS" until I told them simply. I don't get nap time you don't get nap time. This all started when the top 3 alliances at the time said basically they only get nap and the rest must join us or we are allowed to hit you. Who dafaq would agree to that? Then they told me "you're on KOS". I actually laughed. Wtf is the difference between you get no nap but we do & you're on KOS. I'll tell you what. Me being the only one on the server (with a small handful of players) having fun.

Stop playing like a 10 year old I think it was. UNFORTUNATELY I can't find it on Freedoms list.... Best video Freedom put out... Well done on this video btw... We don't punish negative players, The public embarrassment of everyone knowing you played bad is enough on 75. The nap is awesome, But it seems there are always the same players who participate in svs and those who don't. We had a dead get 23 and 24 place embarrassing... Obviously very very low participation.
