I'm at level 27, finally saw the "Pasture" and started it. Spent the 300,000 to get Pegasus, but it says I need to do an event or something to get it. Been waiting 2 weeks. What am I looking for?

This didn’t help. I filled the hp to 300,000 but I still can’t activate it. Eg. When I click activate on Chiron it’s saying use Chiron spear to unlock this spiritual beast

Spiritual Beasts once acquired what does "Smelt" mean and how used?

Smelt is like levelling a beast but instead you spend some items instead of earning EXP. I do not recommend doing this as often dragons are used when those are unlocked

Just a side question. Can you explain what is the best/fastest way to increase monarch’s power without spending money?

There are many ways to increase power, although the easiest being mass training troops. This does not mean you should do this as having too many troops can mean you are more likely to have troops permanently die in battle. I would recommend training troops as you go without speeding them up, while capturing more Subordinate cities and adding generals to them, research and build a lot (especially keep level).. build up your generals, general gear, monarch gear and so on so that your power can do more. If you have 50 million power but can't kill someone with 20 million power there's a big problem (which a scary amount of people have). Also remembering to gather resources, participate in events and kill bosses (or join rallies on them) for various items to help you grow!

Any plans on doing a Dragon video? I hit keep 26 and can't find much information on the celtic demon dragon.

I may but it takes a while to unlock all of the dragons and so I am unable to make a more in-depth guide for the time being. The Celtic Dragon is pretty good for PvP until you get some newer dragons, his skills are Ranged attack, Ground defense and March size capacity. These stats can be increased by leveling him up via feeding. You can simply feed them whatever you have lots of each day, meaning over time you can level them up without sacrificing the more precious materials and items. The refining part is very similar to generals and obviously try to pair these refines up with the general you're trying to use him with (siege or range)

A video on buffs would be great, recently had a server war where the server we were fighting had some massive buffs based on there level and we have no idea how they did it.

You may see on my current videos they are more beginner and intermediate guides. Although I absolutely have knowledge on advanced things, I would like to do my best to make timeless videos that can always be relevant in the future, therefore needing more solid information where possible. This means this type of video may take a while before it is on my agenda

Although stats will be reliant on research, which requires a high as possible keep/academy to unlock as many as possible. Dragons/ spiritual beasts levelling and refining. Red Gear, top notch % refining on gear, for one type of troop only, or perhaps some siege added in. City buffs (temporary), high level gold historic generals (such as Li Shimin) with high cultivation. Art hall building completion, title buffs and more 😆

I use Bluestacks 4 which is an android emulator for PC. If you link your accounts through a facebook account it is very easy to carry over your evony progress to a Bluestacks instance. I then change options in bluestacks around for cursor color and tap feedback for use in my videos

You say you can attach the beasts buff to a general. Can you change the general its attached to later? or is it stuck with the one its first tied to? Thanks

You can change the general that has the beast or dragon at any time, however there is a cool down after you unequip it from a general until you can equip it to the new one

So the spirit beast don't work for buffs on sub-generals?

They do work for subordinate city troops, however they will not help your main city troops if applied to a sub general, therefore it is not best to apply them to a sub city

Really enjoying your content mate. I'm struggling with understanding the difference between Troop Buffs Defence and HP stats. Attack makes sense but not sure of the difference between defence and HP. I assume HP means health points also.

Attack stats will improve your troop's ability to kill the enemy troops in fewer rounds of battle, especially useful for killing boss monsters effectively but obviously very important for PvP also. HP or Health Points are going to be for the health of your troops and will allow your troops to survive more rounds in battle before dying, becoming a deserter, troop soul etc. Defense stats will increase the armor rating of your troops and tends to be the least of your worries in improving, although can be more useful for ground troops. I am still learning about these things also and hope to provide videos in the future going into more depth.

Didn't realise you were an Aussie lol! Does the difference in these buffs matter more in battle, than bosses? I'm still tending to lump defence and HP in the same category. Struggling to really tease out the difference. But it is helpful to say defence is the least critical for the moment. I will work on getting my mounted attack maxed, and then maybe mounted HP. In terms of Academy, how important is the focus in the Advancement tab initially? I'm wondering whether I should be trying to max out typography and construction before other stuff

@@jasekiely9761 In Australia but not Australian unless citizenship counts - I tend to think of the two the same, it is difficult to get some information as people keep tight lipped on certain stuff.. PvP stats will vary a lot between players meaning every percentage point up to 1000% is going to matter.. bosses are more about attack stats but still matter all around (mounted only obviously) I would suggest only researching a few things in advancement and especially research speed etc.. although maxing these out eventually will give great dividends

I'm at keep 25, about to go to 26 over next week or so. I just upgraded construction from 16/20 to 17 and saved about 3 days on the 26 keep upgrade. It cost about 5 days in speeds to upgrade to 17, but the instant saving if 3 days is pretty good, considering the long term cumulative increases in constructing other buildings. I'm currently upgrading typography to 17, and will see how long next level is before deciding what to upgrade next. What I'm not sure about is when to stop working in academy, and shift back to keep, in order to then upgrade academy, so you unlock certain tabs that are locked at each keep level

What is the reason that you are unable to do both? Once you upgrade the academy you are only using gold and stones for the research then can upgrade the keep etc when you have the resources to do so

It depends upon what you have, different dragons have different buffs and can have custom buffs applied to them which may or may not be mounted buffs based on your choosing. Most players are going to end up using a spiritual beast instead of a dragon due to it being more accessible. In terms of making the choice yourself all you need to do is compare the buffs you have unlocked on your beast for mounted troops vs any dragons you have unlocked

@@hyipdaily they have different buffs, it depends upon the level and which dragon/beast. There is one beast for each troop type and that is somewhat true for dragons, the dragons are always used first over beasts by bigger players. Although beasts can give a nice little boost when you dont have a dragon

I started an alliance but don't know how to place a banner to start my alliance city

you need to go the buildings tab inside of your alliance and then go ahead and place it on the world map. After it is placed you will need to wait the one hour cool down before upgrading it and reinforcing it with a large enough army to build it in under 24 hours. This means you must send at least 2M of troop power to the banner

@@EvonyGuides you guys are awesome! I then went looking for the upgrade button for an hour... Hehehe. Side note... I built myself for Cavs to run boss monsters but this troll on our server keeps killing low keeps on the forth day. If I attack him with cabs, what problems will I run into? I'm k27 with 250k t10s and he jumped from k23 to k25 recently and last time i scouted he was stacking 100k t8s and t9s and has around 800k all together. Are range my best option?

If you use truce agreement items to stay protected and always overlap them to ensure that he cannot have any chance of attacking you, then there is no need to attack him like that. If you really wanted to attack him you will need to scout him with a sufficient watch tower building level to find out the type of troops he has the most of an exploit that flaw in his defense, for instance using lot's of range (with a little of everything else) against his army will do lots of damage if he happens to have cavalry due to their weakness to ranged troops. At your keep level it is possible to struggle to kill this person in one hit as he has quite a few troops, although if he mostly has tier 7 and below it shouldn't be a problem. If you can consider setting an alliance rally against this player and teaming up with your alliance to ensure your victory. The last note for this is using cavalry in PvP is not going to go well if you don't know what you are doing and/or are below keep 32 so try to not do that

@@EvonyGuides does nero(cixi) effect stack when you have copies of them in the sub city? if so how many is too many? cause i have 4 cixi and 3 nero and im not sure if their effects are stacking.

@@haides7994 If you are attempting to test your stats by attacking a player and looking, these stats may not be visible because debuffs only work for up to 50% of the total of the enemies stats. Although if you go against a larger player the debuffs will be more likely to come into full effect. The debuffs of the generals you mention absolutely stack and I have multiple of each also

Am I supposed to see the scorpion March with me on the map? I don't see it. I see other players March with the fox, but for some reason after I assign the Scorpion with a general I don't see it in any of my attacks the same way you do with horses, men, siege, etc

You may only see dragons that march with you, not beasts unfortunately

What can I do to make my troops stop eating my food? My adv stockpile, adv silo and cooking are max out. Adv cooking is on lvl 9 for keep 26. Plus I have a senior general on warehouse duty.

The only other thing is to get the general shar jar (close to that name) she is a wall general that you can feel free to apply when under a bubble (isnt good for pvp). When she is applied she improves resources production and protects a ton from upkeep. Upgrading the warehouse/keep is the only other option, also be aware that the general i mention is not available in the tavern

Do Spiritual Beasts just give a buff to your general or do they actually appear physically appear along side of him in battle the way dragons do?

They will just apply the buffs and will be invisible on reports and you will not be able to see them next to your march either unfortunately

You need gems to get the first dragon itself but to level it you may have to use gear materials, gems, badges and so on (random items) in order to level your dragon up

When I send a general who is equipped with the Bird of Hurricane to a boss monster rally does the buff effect all the troops at the rally or only my troops? Does it matter if my general is leading the rally or just joining ?Thank you.

Stats from your beast will only apply to your own troops in rallies such as you mention. Generally players opt to have only the rally leader to do all the damage with a high level general, then everyone else may join with generals that increase double drop rate of any level with just one mounted troop to keep things simple

This is basically an alternative to upgrading your beast with EXP, instead you use gold medals and gems. It will improve the stats of your beasts much like normal leveling of a beast

@@SteveZussou it is better to use XP because it is only used for beasts anyway, although using the smelt option will give quicker leveling than EXP of course. If you have the spare items to do this you absolutely can although I wouldn't go too crazy using your gems and gold

there is on a wall general (defense) however not really on sub city and definitely not on a duty officer

These work on the wall perfectly fine as they will buff the stats of all troops in the main city. However when in sub cities they will only work on that particular sub cities troops, which is pretty pointless in the grand scheme of things. The archer tower buff is all that will count, beasts, dragons and gear will not count towards the stats.

@@abbycitvaras1532 sorry about the late reply, it is not always easy to see replies through my dashboard. You will not get any benefit from adding a beast to the archer tower general and it would be better to add the scorpion in most cases to the defense general, although replace this with a dragon when you get one at a later date.. as you only have one of each beast (if you choose to unlock them all) you may want to use the scorpion on an attacking general instead and perhaps use the behemoth on defense

What's the max buffs a spiritual beast can give with both upgrade max and feeding XP max

I haven't bothered to try and level my beasts up that high as dragons tend to become better pretty quickly as you are growing however i suspect that the max percentage is between 20-25% on defense, attack and HP for one troop type depending on the beast used, also with a 10% increase to (only one depending on the beast) March speed, double item rate, troop load or march size

How do you check how much *spirit beast xp* you have ?? Because every time I try to activate the *Scorpion* I keep getting an error saying I 'need more spirit beast exp'. I know I have gotten hundreds if not thousands of the *spirit beast xp,* but I have no clue where this is stored in the game, but no matter how many times I get *spirit beast xp* it does not seem to be enough to even start with the *spirit beasts.* Am I doing something wrong here, and if so please explain as I am new to the game pretty much and do not have it mastered. Where does it show you how much *spirit beast xp* you have please, and how much do you need to activate the *Scorpion??* *Thanks in advance!!*

There should be a plus icon next to the scorpion in the pasture building, clicking this will allow you to add exp to the scorpion which will unlock it for you, do you not have this option in your pasture?

@@EvonyGuides That is *TRUTH....* Almost anything in the game that is useful, almost *FORCES* you to buy packages to get. So, I am getting from this video, that Smelting to upgrade your Spirit Beast, is a waste of time, and if you want to improve them, once activated, you should just spend the immensely hard to get Spirit Beast EXP to raise their level??

@@zachariahlloyd6043 well spirit beasts are no where near as good as the dragons that become available, although good to have you don't need to worry about them too much, just unlock them and upgrade them as you can. it would be a waste of time to try really really hard to get them all and upgrade them consistently

general gameplay will earn you the EXP, participating in events such as the world boss weekly (attack him 5 times and try to get a high score). Use the events center icon in the top left to your advantage to earn the exp books and make sure you attack monsters, gather resources and attack boss monsters all on the world map to get some as well. It can be a bit difficult to save up enough but you'll get there!
