This turbo diesel ods plus vae VGT turbo nala thaan , its called variable geometry turbo , initially it was in cretas and seltos and old verna too, Plus of this vgt turbo is that, low rpm la turbo lag irukadhu or its simply less compare to other diesels in the market , thats because this turbo has a secondary vane which rotates even at lower rpm or lower boost , thus car gives you a linear power delivery and easier to drive. Old venues la normal turbo thaan was there now they have introduced this vgt turbo.

Hi bro everything u said is true. Loved ur review. I purchased venue s+ diesel on nov 2023. One thing i must say very very beautiful engine. Superb torque and power. Best for city and highway drive. It puts smile on everyones face when they drive my car, bcz of torque, smooth, power. Very very refined and smoother diesel engine, i have ever drive. Very satisfied purchase. Mileage also good both in city and highway average is 18 to 20. Good comfort and stability If anyone has idea test drive venue diesel , u would like it.

Vehicle onroad price will be high.. which will almost equal to next segment mid variant... thats y... even in taxi now adays they are buying cng.. so this is another reason.. petrol hatchbacks are family cars.. so petrol will be preferred... the above reasons in other comments are also valuable..
