I rode a demo unit in Philly a few weeks ago. I had issues with breaking. I didn't find it as responsive to breaking as my MSX. Now I am thinking maybe the settings were not optimal for me. Then again, I think it would be different with a set of pads on it. Definitely think that it blows the Tesla out of the park and that its a better wheel then 16X. Not sure how it stacks up to the Nik+ ( I find that the v12 is too narrow and the Nik is too thick). Another awesome video Mickey!!!

@@evXNYC really? I'm between this and the RS high torque as my favorite is off road hills and thought the V12 wheel will just be too small and unstable for off road.. No? The V12 has more torque and faster acceleration than even the RS high torque specifically?

I'm curious what don't you like about the CST? I have the h666 on my 16x and it's a nice tire don't get me wrong but it's handling characteristics are a bit strange it handles itself more like an off-road knobby tire then a street tire weirdly. It has less gyro but falls into turns in a way that doesn't feel super linear to me, at least when I first initiate the turn.

The cst acts like a knobby when its carving, but like a street tire on straight lines. Just sucks when you have to pretend youre riding two different tires depending on the riding angle youre at

Neither of you sound particularly stoked about the V12. Acceleration = meh, braking = very meh, range = meh, lights/sound = meh is good enough for most, display = likely to break after decent crash and we already have our phones for that anyway. Inmotion fails when trying to please everyone. Want to kill the VS, then get after it in a serious way.

Gotway rs may be less water-resistant than Inmotion V12

@@somoslimo probably true but you can add silicone to seal better and the v3 RS units are much better with many other improvements over the first and second gen.. I'm in California and it barely rains here and don't ride when it rains anyway.. Gotways are easier to open up and make mods than other brands.. All the pros like Mike Leahy ride the RS-HT for very good reason and he tried the V12 but still prefers the rs-ht

That assumption is kinda weird. GotWay made the Nikola after the MSX. The Nikola was a mid range wheel at 16”. The MSX was a high speed beastly wheel at 18”. Not all models are in the same category, similar to cars. Sedans, coupes, SUV, trucks... so next year’s inmotion wheel won’t be a better v12. It’ll just be whatever they decide to make.

I won’t be comparing the v11 to the v12, as I’ve extensively covered the v11, and the v12. Viewers can watch those videos and make good decisions based on what is there I think.

Any idea if there will be a v12f? Wheel has everything I could want, except for range. Due to how I use my wheel I need 100miles+, forcing me into the veteran Sherman (which is now $3500)

Hy Mike... As u are a big youtuber and payed for producttest I have to be bit more critical with videos... I would be glad if I could do videos like your old kind... where u where talking a bit less and showed more of the wheel... buy the way u ride it I can make myself a better picture than listen to you several minutes ;-) also black pads are probably not the best idea for a wheel with leds on the side... transparent pads is the key ;-) when u showed "riding with power pads" I expected some jumps or trail rides but NO just a bit slalom... I mean come on mike... U can do better than that with all the equipment and help u get ;-) I really hope there will be action Videos again in the good old style ;-) all the best and as I sayed I know I cant do it better but I knlw u can ;-)
