Just finished it before the video came, tbh. You need to heal the guy at the North of Athens to destroy the city at the Peloponnese region, and beat the fleet of Venice to get the city of Crete. Use Adil I, Antonina and Sophronius (optional) to heal the general.

There is a gimmick to that one, you need to capture all of the surrounding towns for the final one to appear. Don’t just rush it, try and slowly push as you may be overwhelmed.

You could try to take down the city yourself, maybe by using a general like Alfred to take down a set amount of health and then using a general that can help Alfred reuse his skill. That way you can outdamage the town's heal. Although it may be very hard to

You can get an Arab general from one of the earlier campaign missions. I think chapter 2 or 3 by completing those extra red missions
