I'm glad they brought back some of the old things in this new game. Like the P Wing, the old mini boss, and some of the old mobs. Also liked that they kept some of the power ups from the previous game

When you touch the chekpoint it does a little animation. To save time they jump over the chekpoint so they don't get the animation

Ok, after taking a look at the comments, I’ve noticed that people have questions that haven’t been answered, so here we go, here are your answers. Why does ewallertv only go so far on the flagpoles? This is due to the games nature, as long as you don’t go to the top of the flagpole, the end animation’s time is the same. However, going to the top triggers a longer animation, meaning that you’ll lose time. Why is ewallertv getting all of the star coins if this is a speedrun? This is what’s know as a 100% speedrun, meaning that for the clock to stop, the game must be completed 100% of the way through, meaning that all levels and star coins need to be completed and collected.

I assume it's because sliding down all the way from the top would waste time and to avoid the '1UP' animation. So avoiding the top over and over again would eventually start to chop seconds. I could be terribly wrong, but it makes sense.

No that’s just getting to World 9. You can use World 1 cannon to get to World 5, get a secret way with ghost house, and it shoots you to World 8. After that on level 2 or 3 on World 8 there’s a secret roller coaster level, u can complete it, do the battle ship, and you’ll be at the final castle

I did it roughly 5 minutes quicker, he used the super acorn power-up BAD move!, it very slow when gliding upwards, your best chances are to triple jump and wall jump.
