“They always go to her experience” Im not sure how much more the show can do to show the viewer that Shiv, by all definitions, in every possible sense of the word, does not have a shred of experience. She has not spent one working minute inside of a professional office environment in her entire life. Unlike every other main character that we see in the show.

Shiv wouldn't be a better option for CEO than Roman or Kendall lmfao. Say what you want about their morals or whatever, but Shiv has absolutely no experience and acts far too emotionally on things as simple as regular day-to-day operations. She would never be able to take orders from Mattson for years on end.

Not saying this for Michelle, but a lot of people unironically think Shiv is a good person and is meant to be a champion of feminism throughout the show. I have no idea how certain chronically online fans manage to misread the show so badly.
