That was sad to hear they were upset by the reaction to the prequels. Obviously nothing beats the originals but they were light years ahead of eps 7-9 and decent movies. On a different note, man has Ewan aged well. He looks no older than he did in episode 3. Really enjoying obi-wan!

Ewan and Hayden (along with Mark Hamill) are my favorite actors in Star Wars, amongst a sea of amazing actors. You can see how much they love the Star Wars universe. I really think these 3 actors were absolutely perfect for the characters! I mean the entire main cast of the prequels and OT were perfect for the characters.

He’s always been an excellent physical actor. The scene with the Tusken raiders and his mother from AOTC still gives me chills as well as his scenes on Mustafar. His body language is incredible.

You see there are many film buffs or inspired wannabe film directors in sci-fi genre and they were comparing the George Lucas behind original trilogy to the Lucas this is my own baby prequels. You didn't see it but the passionate fans saw significant flaws that didn't live up to their expectations. They were trying to back up their argument and as you said it the debate got heated

Everything comparee to the originals won't ve as good, but the prequels are good movies, no one can argue with that. You can like them more or less, but credit where it's due. This is a leson to be learned. As time passes, the prequels and their stories become more and more apreciated, and most of the "fans" thst "hate" them, hsven't even seen them.

These two deserve to do this series after all the crap the prequels got. They both did great and are just as iconic as the originals! Besides in the originals; for me it was all about Luke, Han and Leia. Those three actors were the iconic ones in those movies. In the prequels for me it was Anakin, and Obi Wan.

I was born in 1999, so the prequels we're my childhood in the way that the OT was my parent's childhoods. The sequels came out when I was a teenager and entering early adulthood, so they've all been a part of my life and I love them all.

These few critics had their platforms back in the day but they didn't speak for the fans. The same stands for today, there might be a few media articles that are critical of the new series, they are one person and those few people don't speak for me or others. I absolutely loved Ewan and Haydens performance back in the day and the Obi-Wan series further cemented that feeling. It also bridged a gap which needed closure. Fantastic and THANK YOU for producing this, we are so lucky we had the same actors play their roles.

Always bothered me knowing a lot of the filming used to be blue screen and green screen as a viewer because we all want to feel that they are in the environment we feel as fans. The leaks seem to be somewhat right so far so if vader ends up killing reva and she was just misguided and good all along then I guess the leaks are accurate, also in one of the posters where the bad guys have the good guys in replace of their eye and vice versa, reva has vader in her eye despite being a supposed bad guy, so she must have an arc where she betrays vader

I don't like either of them. The inquisitors are such a basic thing that come from a cartoon there's no real emotion behind them.
