You can check IMDB, he´s done loads of movies since the early nineties ... one of the most famous is Trainspotting. He also did Moulin Rouge with Nicole Kidman, that´s another famous one, but there are sooo many movies. Oh, and he´s done hilarious travel documentaries with his friend Charley, going through Kazakhstan, Russia, Alaska etcetera on motorcycles and also travelling through Africa, they´re called "Long Way Round" and "Long Way Down" and they have a new one from 2020 called "Long Way up" where they ride through Central and South America (I haven´t seen that one yet!)
