He doesn't even have frames anymore. Dragunov, Jin and kazuya are the most honest characters in the game. Dragunov has no gimmicks, no evasion, no crushing, no frames, no bs heat, it's all pure poking that gives no frames and low damage. I truly hope every other character gets nerfed like dragunov because otherwise it's just unfair.

Farzeen's neutral game is so clean but I don't think he utilizes heat effectively. Burning it early with full gauge heat dash or Victor's heat smash which is -15 on block. Think Victor's best game is played with a heat engager and using the full heat time to deal chip with normals or U 1+2 then a very late heat dash when it's about to run out for a free mixup.

Some ppl said he still can get combo extension and match basically was set, but idk dragunov that much.
