Hii can a normal graduate full time students live in I-house dorm? Or it is only available for exchange students?

Hello! When I stayed I was paying my home university directly, so my room and board was included in my home tuition. For those that payed EWHA directly it was about $1,400 - $1,600 USD. I was in IHOUSE B, like floor 4.
