This is embarrassing. Plenty of government officials have made fools of themselves over this - there's no need for priests and parish staff to comment about something they are ill-qualified to discuss and then make fools of themselves, too. The videos shown in the clip are almost certainly ordinary manned aircraft which people never took notice of before. If you watch aircraft a lot you will notice that various optical illusions often make them appear to hover and then start moving (like for example, a plane which is moving straight toward you will look like it is hovering and then when it turns, it will suddenly appear to begin moving)
