I don’t think there’s a clear one besides Cyndaquill. The only other Pokémon that kind of look like Echidnas are Sandslash and Excadrill, but Sandslash is based on a Pangolin, and Excadrill is a mole. Even Cyndaquill is dubious. He’s really just some “spiny rat” based Pokémon, which could mean he’s an Echidna, Hedgehog, or Tenrec.
