They failed to prove the child was safe because they know that they abuse him. Illegally jailed? Get real.

they had no legal duty to aid the police in this investigation or any other. Their son was never missing. The police made that up. A child isn't "missing" when the parents refuse to tell the police where that child is. A child is missing when his family doesn't know where the child is. And they didn't want the police to get their hands on their son because the reason the father whipped the sons ass is because he caught him engaging in sexual behavior with children. The police and social workers have swarmed their house and interviewed all their children and found no pattern or signs of abuse at all. They aren't being charged with child abuse. They are being charged with two misdemeanors. You're just so stupid that you believe whatever lies your television tells you.

This news story started out with a lie just like all the stories on this family. The son was never missing, the parents just wouldn't tell the police where he was at. The parents knew where he was. No one reported the child missing, the police did that all on their own so that they could pressure the parents. The cops say the muirs were "not always cooperative during that investigation". They don't have any legal requirement to be. We aren't required to help cops make cases against us. We have no obligation to say anything to them at all. The cops were investigating a missing child that wasn't missing and the parents didn't want to give their son up because he did something that could have caused the police to take all their children away and put their son in juvenile hall. And the way the law and media have behaved shows the Muirs had every reason to not trust the police. Now a judge is denying them bond for misdemeanors because they didn't aid a police investigation that they had no legal duty to provide any aid to. This is how the law treats people when their buddies in the news media has successfully slandered them and turned public opinion against them.
