Law Enforcement usually know much more than they let on. Some key piece of the puzzle seems to be missing, and this approach they’re taking may well be very calculated & deliberate. So I don't think we can say that for sure happened. For the record: I don't think he was "car surfing", though I believe that's a reasonable theory. I think he probably got thrown out of the back of a pickup truck somehow - and grabbed hold of the side of the truck for awhile before he fell and hit the pavement. That would explain how his fingertips got shredded like he was holding on to something for dear life before he died.

This hasn’t made sense from day one! This young man was obviously somewhere prior to ending up along side the highway, therefore, someone had to see him leave, and if he was leaving in the nude with only shoes on, hopefully he would have been stopped or at least the police would have been notified that a guy was walking around nude, if they think he could have fallen out or pushed out of a vehicle, again, someone knows why he was nude because he was covered up.. if a complete stranger pulled over and covered him, they would have in most all cases, notified the authorities.. How in the world can the police in good conscience, say he was just walking down the road undressed and dropped dead from possibly an earlier ATV accident, come on now, wake up law enforcement and do your job!! Current or ex, she would definitely (or as anyone who lost a loved one they cared about) be heartbroken or in severe distress. The excuse of "people process grief differently" is far from this case. You lost someone you loved/cared about, you would give in and do everything in your power to bring justice to their name (you would beg for mercy and search for the truth, search for answers actively, pronounce your name boldly for someone you love, and ask Law Enforcement to search for his killerd in this murder investigation). You would never sit back and watch the events unfold, nor would you move on with your life like nothing happened... quietly. She and many other guilty party members (and many claiming to love Noah/be his "friend") have not come forward defending Noah. Not much blood at the “final” scene. So besides the ATV accident which is motive for possible assault. Why was the party house not considered a crime scene? Was it hazing gone overboard. The people who were invited to write on him need to explain how he was clean of the writing at post mortem. The situation of the body, clothing, mismatched shoes, teeth collected and returned. The road location wasn’t where he met all the injuries, he may have been left and died there.

Just look at who was at the party. Then look at the parents of the people at the party. Look for public officials, Mayor, Judges, etc. Someone important has squashed this investigation. There's your answer.

He fell from a horse and dragged from his ankle that was stuck in the saddles stirrup. Then the horse took off the young mans pants, folded his clothes, picked up a few teeth along with the young man's body in his mouth, then carried and placed him at the side of the road. If you think this story is just bazaar and illogical, it's no crazier than the cops explanation.

Unfortunately, this was not the case. They’re supposedly was an ATV accident earlier in the night, but there’s no way that nobody else on the ATV was injured. That does not make sense at all.

its not unusual at all for them to say its not being investigated as a murder several months in. they gain nothing to alert the killer they are likely investigating him simply to make the public and parents happy

Did they do forensics' on the sheet that was covering him on side of road? trace it back to belonging to set at party house. Seems they missed alot of obvious clues , that just weren't properly investigated. Like it was swept under the rug. I think someone was in someone's pocket, to remain silent on these issues.
