You ruined it for me, 😅. I was here saying I hope she doesn't feel sorry for him and not marry CEO. I thought CEO was just what she needed. But, I think they were moving too fast. She wasn't over ex-husband and needed more time. Should have spent more time getting to know each other. Red flag, in terms of her truly committing, was her hesitation to the marriage proposal. That was too soon. She didn't complete her 7 phases of grieving her "lost" love. Even the way she told him she hated him at the birthday party spoke volumes--that was phase 1. She went on with business as usual. It seems he was cheating for a long time, most of his marriage. What a pity. Some simply lose out on their soul mates for stupid reasons. Her strength is really nothing of the kind. She too lacks the confidence to say no and mean it; and, recognize the truth about her ex-husband that he is someone simply unable to commit to a meaningful relationship. They were wrong for each other, but apparently, she convinced herself otherwise. What a shame, what a shame--can't ride in 2 boats.

It's probably my favorite scene in this drama. His ex-wife gets the treatment she always deserves. Ex-husband sees her confidence and beauty being appreciated by a strong, rich man and his pure jealousy shines through, and the chia pet finally realizes that she only won by default. However, the icing on the cake is when she tells her cheating douche that he has her, and he basically tells her to pound pavement because he wants to be alone. Nothing screams you're just a side piece by being thrown out onto the street. Lol

No,it's clear,life isn't always about happy endings. This woman devoted16 years of her life supporting the husband and caring for their family.why? Because she loved him unconditionally. She never chose to be divorced,but stepped back and tried to move forward in life,and while she found she could move on fate decided to change her life again. Maybe it was mainly for the sake of her son she gave up that new life,but it's also I believe when you have loved unconditionally one man for so long regardless of how he treated you.
