The ending is nonsense. She shouldn't be imitated by other women who suffered a lot because of the infidelity of their husband. The wife should have forgiven the husband earlier when he wanted to go back but the wife stood firm with her belief that she could not forget what he did. Still at the end she decided to be with him after he told her that he loved his mistress. This was so painful. She could've explained to her son who was already older and probably could understand the situation.
