What you should do if you are trying to get your ex back but she is cold, distant, sending mixed signals and won’t set dates.
In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer in who broke up with his ‘on again off again’ ex girlfriend about two months ago. After their most recent breakup, he did not chase after her like he did during all previous times that she dumped him. He started applying what my book teaches and meeting and dating many new women in his target rich college environment. He went to a party with a new girl that he was dating and his ex was there. She went ballistic and wanted to fight the new girl he was with. He left with his date and she later texted him and asked if they could talk. They ended up getting together and had amazing, passionate make-up sex. However, since that night, she calls him every day, but won’t make a date. She also tells her friends she is over him, but continues to contact him. He asks what her mixed signals mean and what he can do to get her to set dates.

My relationship of 7 months ended about a month ago, and I followed your advice on no contact. I recently started a new job and my ex texted me congratulating me. We have been texting for a few days, just chit chat and a bit of catching up. I kept the talks light hearted, and didn't make an effort to keep the conversation going if it died off. She's been initiating most of the texting but it's been about a week now. Should I make an effort to go back to no contact if I feel like she's texting me just to see if i'm still in back-up plan mode? I don't want her to think of me just as a friend, and the way the conversations are going I feel like things are heading in that direction. We've been talking quite frequently since the break up and I don't think there's been enough time for her to truly feel the break up. Should I tell her I don't want to settle for being friends because I think we're worth more than that, or just keep the casual conversations going?

Where did he go wrong? Simple: "I have a guy up in my room waiting for me" his response of "looks like he's sleeping alone tonight because you're coming back to my place with me" Wrong! Sure it got him laid but it only proved that he's still into her rather than other girls. No incentive on her part to lock him down which explains the flakiness after and no meet ups. She got her cake and ate it too. The better response to that? "Well best not to keep him waiting, I need to get back to my date. Keep in touch" walk away and let her pursuing begin

TheAverageJoe It's subtle. The clue is she was upset he was on a date when clearly she had slept with one other guy and had another waiting. She wanted to know he still wants her so she could continue seeing others and getting her ego stroked. It's very very subtle. Fact she's cold/hot and doesn't meet up says it all. She just wanted to know she has power over him

The guy went wrong by talking on the phone everyday for a week guys when she reaches out he should assume she wants to see him after two times that shes called him first and denied the dates then he needs to stop bringing up getting together forever unless she brings it up first.. remember guys women love mystery and fucking around talking on the phone is not very mysterious now is it ?

We were together around two years.She was madly in love with me. I understand needing that time of growth. My ex and I have been apart 3 months with limited contact via text, and we’ve even met up 3 times, but it was only physical to him, as he still has doubts about us working. I’ve stuck to keeping things light, fun and flirty the past 2 months in the hopes of reattracting. Last weekend his responses to texts were short and cold; however, he told me he hasn’t been dating anyone in our time apart. Do I pull back completely, go no contact and let him come to me...or give space and then reach out again? I feel he broke up with me due to my lack of emotional which caused some conflicts in our relationship. So far, being the one who initiates and pursues hasn’t worked real great, although there has been progress.

I feel like the best thing, would be to just try to go out in the world and live your life. Make sure to enjoy everyday and work on yourself. Go to the gym, eat healthy, go treat yourself to a massage/spa. Make sure to post these amazing things on your social media, he’ll see how great you’re doing, and I feel this would be the best way to reattract him. No contact always works the best :)

He wanted me to prove my love after the breakup. I did my best but he always rejected me. After 3 weeks of pushing his self- esteem I got distanced and mind my own business. Then he texted me that he is upset and has problems with the family. He sounded like really upset.. I picked him up for a walk and didn't go inside his apartment although he asked me for going in. Next day I texted, that he just can't open the relationship topic and to urge me to think about the relationship and then just ignore my messages, it's not fair! He didn't replied either. I don't want to text him anymore. What do I need to do? I don't want to hope for his commitment anymore. I only live once and this situation kinda make me feel frustrated. I want to be happy again and just go my own way... but I have a lot of stuff in his place... When is the best time to ask him for my stuff ? I mean I have a lot of shoes and bags in his place.... First of all if he didn't reply back the first message you shouldn't send him another one. That makes you look weak and needy. One of the best tips to get an ex back and now I'm applying it is that if they ignore your text - just go no contact. If they were interested in talking about the topic they should've replied. Also move on, and show him that you are dating other people. Believe me, once you let go something it comes back.

Urgent help needed. So i was with my ex for 2 months. She broke up (clean) with me less than a week ago.
