IMO it was predatory behavior because she was doing it to ALOT of the guys according to this video. So its not like she "loved" one guy and crossed a line, she was taking the INNOCENCE of a lot of boys. Sadly it seems very likely to me that she may have been violated at one point too, when she was young and maybe by someone she trusted. However there is also the angle, that when women (and I'm speaking from teenage years), when girls/women do not get enough ATTENTION or they are NOT labeled as being the most attractive of their peers (those 2 do not have to got together), they do a little more outrageous stuff to get the attention they desire, or to feel loved. Plainly speaking if boys arent generally interested in being a certain girls boyfriend or asking her out and treating her like a lady, this girl still wants affection from guys, and will make herself MORE EASY and one way that seems to be done is by those women being more promiscuous than their peers. I guess thats one reason why fathers need to show alot of love to their daughters, and build their confidence and self worth. Society has made this an issue (women suing men), so it seems reasonable for the men to sue IMO. However, on a MORAL level I think everyone should be taught right from wrong. Determine what that is for you, and if you're forced against your will to do something you did not want to do, then thats a problem. But just labeling a person as a predator because of age differences will never be really logical to me, thats just what this new society has taught people. That was not the case 60-100 years ago. Me personally, what happened to him wouldnt have happened to me if i did not want it to happen.
