It's when the employer incentivizes their employee to quit through means such as creating a hostile work environment so they can avoid paying severance and benefits that the employee is entitled to should they be fired instead. Usually, the employee can sue the employer to get those benefits they're entitled to should the employer use this scummy tactic, but because their personal information would become public which is a requirement for the process and a VTuber values their anonymity, that puts Nijisanji in a unique position where they can exploit this to their advantage against the employee because they know a VTuber will not consider it worth it to sacrifice their privacy for those benefits.

Well yeah it's hilarious, but I can see why Doki would speak up about not being comfortable with it. The artist was kind enough to consider how she felt and came up with some pretty fun alternatives in the end. The way I see it... would you really want all of your successes in life to be measured against the suffering of others? Even if, no, ESPECIALLY if it's someone who wronged you, isn't that kinda... diminishing? To be over and over associated in the minds of others with things you're trying to move past must be incredibly draining. I have to remind myself sometimes, but it's important in a way. To celebrate her successes, to be happy for who she is today and tomorrow, and keep on laughing along. Emotions tend to be contagious, after all, both positive and negative ones.
