What happens when nobody wants to rent your Airbnb? You don’t own the property, you are only sub-letting therefore you still have to pay rent to the actual owner every month…normally a tenancy is a years commitment. That’s a big risk to take and a big worry every month ensuring you can Airbnb it enough to cover your costs. Companies go up and down all the time….reading the business pages I was under the impression Airbnb is not doing so well at the moment…too many properties and too expensive….at least if you owned the property you would have an asset that you could sell if times get tough…..but that’s just an old ladies opinion…
