@viking95628 күн бұрын
And of course, you have some proof of that. Yes? I think what she did in this case was horrific. Frankly, I think the charge should be the much more severe "Aiding and Abetting after the Fact"....a charge that could carry significantly more prison time if convicted. But one bad case does not establish a "pattern" and it certainly doesn't prove "corruption". That would be like saying a lawyer busted for DUI....one single time....was an habitual drunk which makes him incapable of rendering legal assistance therefore anyone he represented should be allowed to sue him. Now honestly, what kind of sense does that make. And I'm not giving any points here to this prosecutor. She's a terrible person based on what she did to try to cover up this murder. I think the fact that she was indicted in 2021 and is just now coming to trial (over three years later) certainly speaks to the difference in the Georgia legal system between those who actually know somebody and those who only think they know somebody (i.e., Mr. McMichael's failed attempt at covering up this murder by enlisting Ms. Johnson's help). I think she should go to prison for a long time, much longer than the apparent five years. But, again, we're talking about one bad case here, not a career long penchant for corruption. And while we're at it, when do we get to the part where the police officers responding to the scene that day did absolutely nothing to aid the victim as he lay there in the middle of that road gasping for his last precious breaths? You know, those same police officers and that same department which did not even place those red necks under arrest there on the spot (even after seeing the infamous video which provoked a national outcry). When do we get justice from those racist pigs?
@frenchfriedrat28 күн бұрын
A review of her cases is certainly in order. She has used her position to subvert the course of justice in a murder case. She shielded a friend from arrest for his crime. How many other friends did she do similar for? We won't know unless All her cases are reviewed by independent investigation.

Idk if it’s the law school. I think she understood perfectly what she was doing. She chose to ignore the law. The problem isn’t the law, the problem is the corrupt people tasked with upholding it, imho.

ALL BLACK JURY!!!!!

I don't think a jury of any color would let this creature off.

Just adding this to clarify as it appears that some people are taking your comment to mean that the GA state trial was an all black jury. I know that is not what your comment is about. The state trial against the three murderers of Ahmaud Arbery consisted of 11 white and 1 black juror. And.. the jury should reflect the demographics of that area. Having said that, I agree with @davidhoward4715. Racial make-up of this jury likely would don't matter. Too many good people are disgusted by the murder and alleged cover-up. And as insurance, a lot of eyes are on this case.

If not I can guaranteed you this lady will.not be convicted. It has to be an all black jury.

Will other cases she has been involved with be reevaluated? She needs to be in prison a long time. People who are part of the justice system need to be held at a higher standard when it comes to violating the laws.

She's done this only cases and ALL the cases she prosecuted on should be looked at again, most of the public do not knlw that your family members are NUMBERS to these prosecutors in each state, the records of these prosecutors are taken into consideration when they run for a higher official positions in their state ans then on to becoming supreme court nominee's...the public does research these nominee's and that's where failure to keep these types of bad people out of the local, state, and federal government, trust and believe they record shows, its ALL RIGGED with the judges, prosecutor, police officers down to the probation officers as well, she got caught but she's not the only, I read a article about a border patrol officer( supervisor ) that killed his so called side chick and the baby that they had together, he destroyed the crime scene by disturbing the crime scene with his feet before the investigators showed up on the scene, he did this right in front of another border patrol officer prior to the Laredo police department showed up, what the general population is not aware of there is more darkness and evil than the general public knows about and this goes for the entire globe not just here in America, darkness and evil runs this globe, but wait on it because this planet is starting to cleanse itself of this darkness and evil and that piddy case is onky the beginning to the ending of evil ruling this planet, stay tuned because there is more coming in a disclosure in year 2025❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊
