One funny thing that happened to me was when I was buying concealer to cover my scars and I bought nyx concealer and in giant letters on the front it said “CANT STOP WONT STOP” and I thought it was hilarious cuz it’s so accurate but also terrible that it said that lmaooo

The good thing is that they aren't too hard to wash off. The bad thing, my mom hates me drawing on myself so I get yelled at constantly.

Random story because idk i feel like sharing it. My niece (shes 4) always meantions my cuts when she sees them i dont want to introduce her to those things but she follows me to the bathroom and wont bath unless i get in with her. So instead of telling the truth i always tell her this huge tale about how i saved my dog and he just scratched my legs a lot (she hasnt questioned my arms or ankles most of the ones on my fore arms are gone and well ankles aren’t noticeable so that’s probably why)

I'm 113 days and 1 hour clean 🥰 I think about self harm every second of every single day but I'm fighting it. I have had really bad urges a few times and it's been so painful- to try to ignore it but I have and I'm so proud of myself. Yay me! I hope I dont fall back into it but if I do I'll try not to hate myself and I'll try and give myself the love, support and attention I need. I am struggling with the whole number thing though, I want the biggest number of clean days but I'm not thinking about the long term or even the short term. I don't think about getting better, I just want to be clean for the longest time. It seems to be working for now and that's fine but I need to sort it out. I thought I'd come back to one of your videos to say thank you, I really appreciate you and all you do for other self harmers. You've made me feel so much better about myself and I definitely see light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you 💕

Hair pulling is related to anxiety and is a form of self harm. My best friends kid was pulling at her eyebrows and therapy really helped them
