Definitely a video about how to side chain!! It is one of the most confusing techniques to learn and use! Thank you!!
@corentin75575 жыл бұрын
Use a volume automation : create an automation with the gain knob in utility , then draw the shape in the automation , and then copy paste it. I find it the best way to do sidechain because it gives you total control and you visualy see what's going on. You could also use LFO tools (amazing vst)
@Studio215official4 жыл бұрын
Agreed!!! I got the nicky romero kickstart plugin and that helps automate sidechain, but its really only good for 4ontheFloor drums. Trap, dubstep, and riddim drums your basically on your own. But the kickstart plugin is good for practicing if you have any 4ontheFloor tracks.

1 - gain staging, people often miss this part, is so important, without experience is hard to mix on high volumes, perceprtion of dynamic is so important. 2 - sidechain with a comp, leave always a lil bit of signal, so it goes to dirt ya phase of kick/snare, si better kill 2 inf i think. 3 - all the rest in video is cool.
