It's really cool to see you guys get into synth shaping like this. I actually began shaping modulating synths like this back in 2008 using Reason Propellerhead's famous THOR synth. And it wasn't until way later when I learned how to shape things like you guys started off and begin with. What I'm saying is that the journey from me compared to you guys is completely opposite for me. I had stumble blocks learning riddim synths cuz I always used envelopes sync and fm type stuff. Goes to show no way is better or worse 🌞👍 awesome video I'm inspired to jump back to the basics like u said going back in time 🏜️

If you bring the depth and feedback down to 0 on the chorus, you can use it as a comb filter. Au5 made a video about it Ah never mind you already read the manual lol

Is that really more complex than Serum? I know the fact that Vital has animations for everything is included but Serum has text to speech too
@rjaymusic62824 жыл бұрын
@@romquezaibatsu6092 vital has that as well in different languages, it doesnt have as many filters as serum but it has two (series or parallel) and another one at the fx. The lfos are more advanced and also keytracked, which means that you can modulate anything at audio rate (basically fm every parameter). Also it has random lfos which i havent really explored but theyre cool as well. But i think serum is still gonna be the King, its the one everyone is used to, thats why phaseplant didnt replace serum, although its 100 times better
@romquezaibatsu60924 жыл бұрын
@@rjaymusic6282 thank you for taking time to anwer my question. This features is cool and I understand now why it has this hype. Completely agree with your words about serum
Serum’s my go to for reasons I don’t think I even need to explain, but Massive was my first wub, I’ve heard a lot of people say they’ve gone back to Massive/ talk about how massively massive Massive sounds and really there’s nothing quite so m... I’d be interestedly hear your take on it and I’m sure I’m not alone.

Ladies and Gentlemen, FM is when you simply modulate the pitch of a signal with the pitch of another signal. It's literally just that. And this causes the timbre of FM products to sound horny. Simple. Pin this please. Great video btw!

Omg is this a music production tutorial or a sales pitch video? Why can't you put out a video specific towards that? No one's gonna click on it unless they're wanting to yoink. Naw mean? Only yoinkers are gonna get the black Friday deals.
