There's so many new grinders coming onto the market and I have the exact same evaluation procedure for all of them. I load a video from a trusted reviewer (in this case Kyle) and then open a new tab and google the product to find the product page and look for grind adjustment. If that number is above 15 - 20µ I immediately decide I'm not interested and then go back to the video and watch it anyways simply because I enjoy their content. Thanks for the review! Ahh that rubber sleeve loosening on the 1zpresso drives me nuts! I’ve seen the same thing happen on so many other review models 😤 Cleaning and soaking the sleeve in a baking soda water solution helps regain that grip for a bit but it’s temporary. Went with a 1ZPresso K-Max and it was great! Brought it everyday if I needed a grinder in a pinch through barista training, and used it for my routine for my finals. They're so versatile and reliable that they're just great grinders even if you have a great electric grinder as your main. I find it better than even the C40 IF you're using it for other brew methods/you're using it for work because I find it way easier to calibrate for multiple brew methods.
