Close your eyes and press between your eyebrows instead. Apply pressure for a bit. When the spiral starts slowly release your hand from the forehead. Focus on all your attention on the spiral. Keep practicing until your focus is strong enough to hold the spiral in your vision. After awhile practice spinning it in a different direction. When you dream at night practice taking control of your dream without becoming so aware you wake up. Have fun. Stay righteousness.
