It is better to avoid Iron in 1st trimester unless absolutely necessary (like in this case as the patient is Anemic) to not worsen Nausea and vomiting

@@user-kz1hu8qj5d .. Iron tab in preganancy is not absolute contraindicated... It means you can prescribe whenever necessary ... It's avoided to prevent from GI irritation but when there is anemic pregnant mother in 1st trimi then u can give becoz such massive amount of blood transfusion can't be the only option... I hope it solved ur querry.
