For gauchers disease, the question itself did not mention crinkled tissue paper appearance, but a peripheral smear was shown with the given cells.

Growth chart in the exam was different than what you have shown sir..... One line was constantly below -2SD other was above and suddenly it dipped at last, leading to confusion.... The one shown here by marrow was easier to answer. Question in exam wasn't an easy one!!

In that case, the answer will be 2 curves indicate growth failure - The one that dips and the one that's below - 2 sd

@@SS-ks4by i don't think so! One is acute malnutrition curve and the other one is growth failure curve

For the 5th question , ct and x ray was jet black in color ,not cystic

It was pansystolic murmur sir for acute rheumatic fever

Sir at 7:50 u even said for graph C sigmoid curve the 2nd rapid growth comes near 12yrs of age but u miscalculated the graph and said 4-8 yr age range and by graph B

7:06 sir u said some organs grom more than 100% and comes back to 100% This happens b/w 4-8yr but peak itself is near 10 and u marked 8 after 10 !!!!! U miscalculated that can u plz recheck the graph @marrow
