See fever doesn't come with a particular disease it's just a protective mechanism of our body to kill bacterias or pathogens so whenever any kind of pathogen enter our body heats up but in the concept you are talking about the cells are prepared for a particular disease ... .ex- you get diagnosed with malaria so you get fever after recovery your cells have memory of malaria but you get dengue so you will get fever again because your body does it everytime you get pathogens
